A field-force app for JCB's dealer network
The problem
Service technicians across the dealer network reported machine visits on paper and over phone calls. Managers saw a job only when the report finally reached them.
What we did
We built a mobile app around the technician's real visit: job assigned, check-in at the machine, checklist, photos and customer sign-off. It keeps working on a weak network and syncs later. Then we trained technicians dealer by dealer.
What changed
Visits are recorded at the machine, not at the end of the week, and every dealer's open jobs are visible in one place.
