Shift change is the busiest admin moment at any fuel station. A clear routine makes it quick and keeps every salesman accountable for their own shift.
The handover routine
Record closing readings for every nozzle. Count cash and match it with the system's expected amount. Add up card, UPI and wallet payments. Note credit sales against named customers. Record any test or own-use fuel. Hand over the float and sign off.
Let the software do the arithmetic
When readings are entered once, the expected collection is calculated instantly. The salesman sees the difference before leaving, and the manager sees every shift's result without adding anything up.
Review the exceptions, not everything
Owners don't need to check every number. A daily summary that highlights only the shifts with differences saves time and focuses attention where it matters.
Fuelint follows this routine out of the box, and we adjust it to the way your station works.
